I hold breathwork classes every week which will suit those who are new to breathwork as well as those who may have done it before. Some of my classes are more focused on relaxation and easing anxiety, while others are more trauma focused, with a view to releasing suppressed emotions, becoming more self-aware and bringing about a spiritual awakening.
